Delete your BURGO Green account

BURGO Green users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your BURGO Green account cannot be restored. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription.

Option 1 — From the BURGO Green app

  1. Open BURGO Green.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Open Profile.
  4. Open Account Settings.
  5. Select Delete Account.
  6. Confirm the deletion request.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your BURGO Green account whenever possible.

What happens to your data

When an account deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymise personal information associated with the account, including account/profile information and other account-linked personal data where applicable. Limited information may be retained where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, cancel it separately through the marketplace account used for the purchase.
